Actor Nargis Fakhri is one of the beautiful actresses in Bollywood.  The actress who is quite active on social media recently shared a college of photos of herself on her Instagram page where she was seen very fit.  The actress shared a post with multiple photos from then and now saying that she lost 20 kgs.  She seemed pretty happy sharing her weight loss journey with her fans on social media.  She was last seen in films like Housefull 3, Banjo, 5 Weddings and Amavas.

The actor has undergone a huge transformation and lost 20 kgs.  Along with her present pictures she shared her old pictures in a college.  She tagged a huge message with the pictures.  She wrote,“Living life in the public eye can be very difficult sometimes. As much as it is a blessing, it also comes with its downside. Over the last 2 years, I’ve gained weight. On the left I weighed 178 lbs and on the right, I was 129. I have since lost 20 lbs through making lifestyle changes. If i can do it, so can you. Nurture your mind, body, and soul with positive thoughts and healthy choices. I’m going to bring you on this journey of becoming the best version of myself again, and i want you to join me on this journey too.”

In the post she shared, Nargis claims that she had gained weight on her both sides and worked hard by changing her lifestyle to lose weight.  She now regularly posts inspiring posts about leading a healthy lifestyle on her social media handles.

She also shared a picture and wrote,“Every day is an opportunity to work toward the life you want! Nargis will likely be seen in Sanjay Dutt’s Torbaaz.  The movie is being directed by Girish Malik.
