Two Uttar Pradesh BJP leaders stole the limelight on Wednesday with their “shoe exchange” as one of them rained blows with his shoes on the other and the latter made do with his bare hands. The video was fodder for many on Twitter, including Opposition leaders like Akhilesh Yadav.

The Indian politicians are sometimes difficult to manifest, sometimes the normal conversation turns into heated arguments and we can’t understand where the conclusion of such happening will take them to. The similar thing happened in Uttar Pradesh where the BJP leaders grabbed the limelight because of their ‘shoe exchange’ as it all started with the argument. It all happened when the planning committee meeting was underway at the collectorate in the presence of minister in-charge of the district, Ashutosh Tandon.

The video is circulating on the internet, which made the Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav write a tweet on his official Twitter handle, “Aaj UP mein viswa ke sabse anushashit rajnaitik party ka Dawa karnewali BJP ke Sansad va vidhayak jee ke Madhya jooton ka aadan-praadan hua. Yeh aagami chunav mein apni haar se ashankit BJP ki hatasha hai. Sach toh yeh hai ki Lok Sabha chunav ladne ke liye BJP ko pratyashi hi Nahi mil rahe hai.”

On the same, the Congress party took to their Twitter handle and wrote, “Today’s dose of entertainment is presented by the Bharatiya Joota Party. Disclaimer: This act has been performed by experts, please do not attempt this on anyone.”

Apart from them, the former Jammu and Kashmir CM Mehbooba Mufti wrote: “From mera booth sabse mazbut to mera shoe sabse mazbut”.
