Sonam Kapoor’s most awaited movie ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga’ has hit the theatre today on 1st of February and it has been a very anticipating journey for Sonam as the lady is sharing the screen with father for the first time. The film has an ensemble cast including Sonam Kapoor, Rajkumar Rao, Anil Kapoor, and Juhi Chawla playing the major role.

Akshay took to his Instagram handle and wrote,  “Still thinking about this beautiful film‪, EkLadkiKoDekhaTohAisaLaga‬ – hats off to this woman, Sonam Kapoor takes a bow for making this film, deals with an important subject so wonderfully.”

Akshay’s wife Twinkle also watched the movie and appreciated the cast, she wrote, “A wonderful movie that stays with you EkLadkiKoDekhaTohAisaLaga is both relevant and funny, Sonam Kapoor is absolutely lovely and Juhi Chawla you cracked me up-we have a cousin who speaks exactly as you do in the movie Folks go watch it ”

Also, the Trade analyst Girish Johar said, “Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga is a niche, high-end romantic drama with a twist. Now it remains to be seen if the audience will accept this twist or not. With a limited release, it will probably earn around Rs 2.5-3 crore on the day of its release.”

“Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga is toplined by Anil Kapoor, Juhi Chawla, Sonam Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao and these are the actors who audience wants to see. And, it is coming from Vidhu Vinod Chopra, so I expect it to have quality content. It is looking quite decent but again the performance on the first weekend will be based entirely on word of mouth,” further added.
