As per the latest reports, the same incident took place in real life wherein a 24-year girl named Maruyama lost her memory after a motorcycle accident. From then, she couldn’t identify her fiancée Li Huayu. The romantic lover Li Huayu didn’t give up after watching her condition, instead, he started making her love every day. The couple lived happily for about 2 and a half years. But, a sudden tragedic accident took place in their lives. As she lost her memories, Li had to call off their wedding. He then started to stay with her every day and tries to introduce himself to Maruyama on a daily basis in the morning.

Despite losing her memories, Li told her that they can make new memories in their lifetime. Maruyama writes down the things that take place each and every day. That way, she could understand the things that are going on in her life.
