Salute To ITBP Jawans Hoisting The National Flag In Minus 30 Degree On 70th Republic Day In Ladakh

The Republic Day is more than just a holiday for our brave soldiers. It’s an emotion for them who protect us and our nation, day and night. On 26th January 2019, our Jawans in Ladakh showcased their spirit towards the day and India.

The ITBP Jawans hoisted the National Flag at 18,000 ft. in minus 30 degrees on 70th Republic Day in Ladakh.

The soldiers give their whole life to the country and stand on the border be it any season. They don’t care about the weather conditions and we should learn something from their determination level if nothing more. They love their country to infinity and hoisting the flag in minus degrees is their pure love.

ITBP on their Twitter official shared the pictures and wrote, “#ITBP personnel celebrating #RepublicDay2019 at 18K Ft and minus 30 degree Celsius somewhere in Ladakh.#Himveers#Himalayas#HappyRepublicDay2019”

At the height of 18,000 feet with minus 30 degrees; a group of 14 ITBP jawans hoisted the Indian flag high to celebrate the Republic Day.

This is the dedication of our Indian soldiers and we are definitely wowed by it!

A picture can depict a thousand words but talk about this picture showcasing the epitome of patriotism and courage. We salute these soldiers and all the Army, Navy and Air force!
