Goa’s ailing CM Manohar Parrikar presented the state budget stating, “I am in Hosh’

Goa’s Chief Minister, Manohar Parrikar, who is not well from past few months has released and presented the state budget along with an inserted tube in his nose. Though his voice was a little lower, he was in full energy, he stated, “Present circumstances have prevented me from delivering a detailed Budget speech, but there is a josh that is too high, very high and I am in hosh. Fully in hosh.”

At the inauguration of the third bridge over the Mandovi river in Panaji, he initiated his speech by delivering a filmy dialogue from the movie Uri: “The Surgical Strike” asking everyone ” Hows the josh…”

Parrikar in a statement in state assembly said, “Today, once again I promise that I will serve Goa with sincerity, integrity, and dedication until my final breath. There is a josh, that is too high and I’m fully in hosh.”

Talking about the conjectures and speculations going on in Rafale deal, the CM said, “We didn’t discuss Rafale, I feel let down that you used to visit for petty political gain. Don’t use your visit to an ailing person to feed political opportunism.”

And he read the budget all in a nutshell. He is ailing at the hospital from March 2018 and even went to the US for his treatment. He was asked to be replaced by the opposition party. After a very long time, he inspected the bridge projects on December 17 and was still undergoing the medication.
