Aditya Roy Kapur is a heartthrob and the most handsome celebrity of the recent times. From his goods looks in London Dreams to the suave in Fitoor, he has got all his looks right and admirable. He might have just done 9-10 films but has created quite a great fan following for himself. As the actor turns 33, his fans have already started showering their wishes.

Aditya started as a VJ in Channel V. Later, he made his entry in Bollywood with a minor role in 2009 with the film London Dreams. The film starred Ajay Devgn and Salman Khan. The picture was not a major success and Aditya continued two more supporting roles in 2010 in Action Replay and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Guzaarish.

His journey had a lot of struggle. His major breakthrough came in 2013 in which he made a debut as a lead actor in Aashiqui 2. He was paired opposite Shraddha Kapoor and the film was a major hit, winning him several awards. After then h was seen in Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani, Daawat-e-Ishq, Fitoor and Ok Jannu.

Aditya’s father Kumud Roy Kapur was an Indian Jewish and mother was Salome Aaron. He is the younger one in the three siblings. His elder brother Siddharth Roy Kapur, who is married to actress Vidya Balan and his second elder brother Kunal Roy Kapur is also an actor. Despite his brother, Siddharth being the Chief Executive Officer of UTV Motion Picture, he did not use his brother’s connections to secure films.

Aditya is a self-made person. Several people might not know him that while he might have signed a variety of films, but the people who know him just admire him.
