Janhvi Kapoor is another popular star kid who is all over the news for quite some time now. Janhvi hails from a family full of superstars like Sridevi, Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor among others.

The daughter of legendary actress Sridevi is all set to step in Bollywood and people are eagerly waiting to see her on the big screen.

The trailer of Dhadak released a few weeks ago and it took the internet by storm. Everyone is in love with this fresh pair who is all set to entertain with their adorable chemistry.

Apart from the film, Janhvi was also seen doing various photo-shoots for some popular magazines looking all kinds of hot. Janhvi was already popular even before her debut movie was announced. The newbie is quite active on Instagram and keeps posting all the latest updates about her whereabouts. Janhvi is just 21-year-old but she is a complete diva who rocks in each and every outfit.

She also has a number of fan clubs on the social media which shows how popular she is.

However, Janhvi had kept her Insta profile private for a long time before she made it public.

The actress will appear in popular magazine Harper’s Bazaar coverpage with her co-star Ishaan Khatter. During an interview with the magazine, Miss Kapoor revealed that she had deleted all the old posts before she made her Instagram account public.

She stated, “As for my Instagram, I used to have a private profile and then I was told I need to open it up, so I deleted everything to start from the beginning.”

Janhvi has a whopping 1.9 million followers on her Instagram currently.

Many must have thought that Janhvi being a star kid got the role without giving any auditions, however, that is not true. The actress revealed that she gave an audition for Dhadak. She said, “I actually did audition. Karan (Johar) came home and made me do a few readings of different scenes and eventually that evolved into getting a part in this film.”

Dhadak is the Hindi remake of Marathi blockbuster Sairat which is directed by Shashank Khaitan who previously helmed movies like Badrinath Ki Dulhania and Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania.

While it is Janhvi’s first film in Bollywood, it is Ishaan’s second movie. The actor’s first movie was Majid Majidi’s Beyond The Clouds.

Dhadak is slated for 20th July release.
