I think in my top 10 best film list, Sanju is high up there, says Ranbir’s lady love Alia Bhatt

Actress Alia Bhatt, who is actively shooting for her upcoming projects, stated that superstar and her co-star Ranbir Kapoor has showcased his brilliancy in Sanju, which is based on actor Sanjay Dutt’s life.

The actress was full of praise for Ranbir while talking to media people at the 68th-anniversary celebration of Navbharat Times Utsav 2018, on Friday in the city of Mumbai.

Alia and Ranbir have become a hot topic after the superstar recently confessed in a talk with a magazine that they are in relationship.

About Sanju, an elated Alia stated, “I really liked it. It is a fantastic, fabulous and an outstanding film. I think in my top 10 best film list, Sanju is high up there. Ranbir is outstanding in it. Vicky Kaushal and Paresh ji (Rawal) also did a fantastic job. Everyone including Anushka (Sharma) and Sonam (Kapoor) did a really good job. It’s a full package.”

While praising director Rajkumar Hirani, Alia stated: “I am really big fan of Rajkumar Hirani so whenever his films come out, I cannot wait to see it and every time, he manages to hit out of the park. It is one of the best films that we have right now in the past couple of years.”

Alia donned the role of a spy in her most recent movie Raazi that witnessed commercial success. In addition, she bagged the Best Actress award at the Navbharat Times Utsav for the same.

“I am very thankful to Navbharat Times as they honoured me with the Best Actress award for my performance in Raazi. Initially, people thought that Raazi was slightly risky and an off-beat film but when you receive an award for such a film then it feels very nice because that means people have liked the film and it also gives courage to an actor to make such kind of brave choices.”

Alia’s flick Raazi was based on a factual tale and the audiences have shown their complete love towards the flick.

While talking about her shooting schedule, Alia added: “Right now, I am shooting back and forth for Kalank and Brahmastra.”

Now the actress will be witnessed with talented star Ranveer Singh in Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy, accompanied by Abhishek Varman’s Kalank with Varun Dhawan and after that, Ayan Mukherji’s much-awaited flick Brahmastra with beau Ranbir Kapoor.
