India, a country which is famous all over the world for its rich heritage and secularism. But still, make us feel a little less proud of such incidents where people showed their mentality- how sick their beliefs are!

Recently, an incident happened when an Airtel user complained to the company on the Twitter- how his customer service executive behaved with her. Have a look at her a Twitter complaint about the Bharti Airtel:

@airtelindia pathetic Airtel DTH customer service.I raised complaint for reinstallation of DHT.but assigned service engineer miss behaved with me. His words are “Tum Phone Rakho Dobara call mt krna ” his number is+91 79-85195094. This is how Airtel is looting it’s customer.

The customer executive that attended her from the twitter handle of Bharti Airtel happened to be a Muslim named, Shoaib. He said he will look into the matter. Have a look at his simple reply:

Hey, I most definitely appreciate you reaching out here! We’ll take a closer look into that & get back shortly with more information. Thank you, Shoaib

Though Shoaib handled her very well with all respect, the girl problem was his religion-Muslim. Yes, right she had shown her mentality and replied him very angrily with a lot of hatred. Here’s her harsh tweet:

Dear Shohaib, as you’re a Muslim and I have no faith in your working ethics because Kuran may have different version for customer service, thus requesting you to assign a Hindu representative for my request. Thanks

Even after her request was full non-sense Bharti Airtel provided her with a Hindu representative named Gaganjot.

However, the whole incident didn’t go well with the Twitterati’s who slammed her brutally and they also questioned Bharti Airtel asking them as to why they agreed.

After getting slammed Bharti Airtel reply Pooja Pooja telling her that they don’t differentiate between their employees. Here, have a look at their tweet:

Even popular tv actress and host, Gauahar Khan also took to her twitter and slammed the girl for her rude and insensible tweets. Here’s what Gauahar tweet:

Be careful! Pls see your ophthalmologist soon !! U are blinded by hatred !!! U couldn’t even spell his name right in a reply, !! N it’s the Quran BTW !! Agar nafrat se dimaag nahi kharaab hua hota toh shayad education mein basic spellings toh pata hi hoti!!
