Superstar Rajinikanth, the thalaivar of the entire world has made a big announcement that he is going to debut into politics.  The announcement made all the people quite happy and wishes poured in for superstar.  The 67-year-old actor announced that he would form a new party.  He said “I will do my duty..it is time.  We will change the system.”

Rajini made the announcement on Sunday and as soon as crowds got to know about the good news, they started cheering for him.  Within couple of hours of announcement, Amitabh Bachchan wishes Rajini through Twitter.  He wrote “My dear friend, my colleague and a humble considerate human, Rajinikanth, announces his decision to enter politics… my best wishes to him for his success.”

Rajini responded to Big B’s tweet by saying “Thank you very much for your kind wishes respected amithji.”  Kamal Haasan, who also recently announced about his interest to join politics wished and congratulated the superstar on Twitter.

Rajinikanth Announces politics debut

Veteran actors Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth share a great bond off screen.  They not only share good bond on-screen, but also off-screen.  They worked together on movies like 1985’s Geraftaar and 1991’s Hum.  The superstar duo always had some good moments with each other whenever they attended the same event together.

They were quite close with each other and Amitabh Bachchan also wished his actor-friend Rajinikanth on his birthday.  He tweeted saying, “dear friend, colleague and a most humble and large hearted colossus.”

This is one of the much awaited announcement from Rajini to all the fans.  All the fans of Rajini were enjoying the moment right now.  Rajini has announced about the news back in May and ever since then all his fans were waiting like anything.

He then said that “If God wills it, I will enter politics tomorrow”. On Sunday, Rajinikanth said that there is a need for his entry into politics at this point of time and that he will form the party soon.
